Every Week in Review during an E3 week is a special one. But this one, well, it’s extra awesome. Let’s start off by quickly recapping things:

1) Forza Motorsport 7 is coming

2) The Porsche 911 GT2 RS is coming.

3) Forza Racing Championship Season 3 Finals are coming (from the 24 Hours of Le Mans!)

How’s that for a week of Forza news? Welcome to another Week in Review!

Forza Motorsport 7

On Sunday, at the Xbox E3 2017 Press Briefing, the world got its first official look at the newly renamed Xbox One X, the most powerful console ever. Leading off the list of games for the console formerly known as Scorpio? Yeah, that would be Forza 7…

In our 12+-year history, you’ve seen a lot of Forza stage presentations at E3 but never one quite like this. Not only was there a super hot car on stage this year, E3 was the place where the world saw the 2018 Porsche 911 GT2 RS for the very first time “in the flesh.” In Porsche’s own words this is the most powerful 911 ever. Rear-wheel drive, rear engine, and so much OMG under that hood. I don’t think I’m alone when I say that this is a fitting cover car for the biggest racing game of the year and I can’t wait to drive it in the game.

Well scratch that, I have driven the new 911 in Forza 7. No, that’s not a humblebrag… instead, it’s a reminder that, even if you couldn’t be here at E3 2017 in Los Angeles this week, you could still get a taste of the show here on and Forza Hub. Forza fans, here’s your Required Reading list for E3 week:
