As we sometimes do here in the Week in Review, today’s edition is focused a bit more on what’s ahead than on what happened this past week. That’s because not only do we have the head of the Forza franchise joining today’s edition of #ForzaFriday, we’re just days away from live shows featuring the latest news in Forza Horizon 4 and Forza Motorsport 7. So, bear with us as we anticipate the near future of Forza here in the Week in Review!

#ForzaFriday With Alan Hartman

Alan Hartman, Turn 10 Studio Manager and head of all things Forza, is coming to today’s edition of #ForzaFriday! The show begins at 3 p.m. Pacific on the Forza Mixer and Twitch channels and we’ll be spending an hour with him, talking about his career in games and with Forza, and of course chatting about the latest news in the world of Forza. We hope to see you there!

Today’s stream with Alan is just the start of some newsworthy Forza shows in the coming days. On Monday, we’ll be broadcasting our Series 11 stream from Playground Games HQ, which will begin at 10 a.m. Pacific/6 p.m. UK time. Watch as our friends at Playground take you through everything you need to know about the latest update for Forza Horizon 4, which arrives on Tuesday, July 2nd.

Directly following Playground’s stream, we’ll kick off with the July edition of “Forza Monthly” which will begin at 11 a.m. Pacific/7 p.m. Pacific. In addition to chatting with Playground about the latest Forza Horizon 4 updates, we’ll also be joined by Chris Esaki to take viewers through the latest news in Forza Motorsport 7, including the Forza Race Regulations updates arriving with the July update. We’ll also be debuting a new Q&A segment where we answer questions from the community about all things Forza. Don’t miss it!

Sir Mix-A-Lot on WPW

Last week, Seattle hip hop legend Sir Mix-A-Lot joined our own Johniwanna on the June 19 edition of “Wheel & Pedal Wednesday”, bringing along his Lamborghini Aventador to discuss on the show. If you missed it the first time around, the show is now up on the Forza YouTube channel for you to enjoy:

Forza Horizon 4 | Spring

As we mentioned in last week’s edition of the Week in Review, the Rimac C_TWO is now available to earn in Forza Horizon 4! You can grab this two-geared, all-electric powerhouse by completing 50% of the Spring season events in the game, and don’t miss the 2004 Subaru WRX, which is available to those who complete 80% of the season events. Look for new series and seasonal events and rewards coming with next week’s Series 11 update.

Forza Motorsport 7 Event Rotation

Over the past few weeks, the Engagement Team within Turn 10 has been doing some behind-the-scenes work related to online events in Forza Motorsport 7 – things like Hoppers, Leagues, the car rotation in Specialty Dealer, etc. The goal has been to automate the events that are coming and going into the game, ensuring that Forza 7 players will have events to play for the foreseeable future, while also allowing for the team to move on to other projects. Once this automation work has been completed, we’ll share the full rotation of events in Hoppers, etc. Look for more information on this in the near future.

That’s about it for the Week in Review. Remember to tune in to the PG livestream and “Forza Monthly” on Monday. Before we head out, here’s a look at the rest of the streaming shows on the Forza channels next week:
