Expect to see more press
coverage of Forza Horizon in the coming weeks as we lead up to the game’s
release. But before that, get ready for...
Forza Horizon at PAX Prime
Yes, Forza Horizon is in attendance at this weekend’s PAX convention in Seattle. If you’re one of
the lucky folks who managed to get a ticket to the show, please come by and get your hands
on the demo. I’ll be there, along with Fred, Jav, and Kenan from the Forza
Community Team, and we’d love to meet as many Forza fans as possible! Come on
by the Xbox booth and search us out – we’ll be the wild-eyed car freaks rocking
the Forza Horizon gear and salivating motor oil. Or something like that…
Here's a quick peek at the Forza Horizon PAX action from Friday morning:
September DLC Announced
You know it’s a busy week in the Forza universe when a Car Pack announcement
gets pushed down to third place in the Week in Review! Nonetheless, this week’s
unveiling of the September Pennzoil Car Pack for Forza Motorsport 4 gives Forza fans eleven
– yes, eleven – new reasons to love Forza 4, including BOTH of the ALMS Vipers
(one sponsored by Pennzoil and the other sponsored by Forza Motorsport) and nine
additional cars just waiting for a spot in your Forza 4 garage. For those
keeping score, the September Pennzoil Car Pack marks the twelfth consecutive
monthly car pack for Forza Motorsport 4 (starting with the American Muscle Car
Pack) – that's more DLC than any previous Forza game. The pack will be released this
Tuesday, so get ready to download and enjoy this awesome lineup of cars!
Golden Joystick for Forza 4
We're honored to learn that Forza Motorsport 4 has been nominated for a Golden Joystick award. In 2010 Forza Motorsport 3 took home the Golden Joystick award for "Best Racer" and we're overjoyed to be nominated again. Of course, we'd love to win this prestigious award agai,n so please vote for us!

Made for Mech
A crazy busy week for me meant that I wasn’t able to dive
into last week’s Made for Mech challenge as deeply as I’d hoped, so I’m
extending things for another week. For those who missed it, here’s the relevant
details:
Rivals Mode Event: Revenge of the Giants
Course: Ladera
Test Track
Event Type:
Traffic
Car:
2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8
Stock Time: 1:08.872

The winners will be announced next week, so get to tuning,
ya’ll!
ALMS Race in
Baltimore
Race fans, don’t miss this weekend’s American Le Mans Series
race – the Baltimore Sports Car Challenge presented by SRT.
We won’t be holding a Turn 10 Track Day event to coincide – as most of the
Forza community will be busy holding it down at PAX – but it’s sure to be a fun
race to watch. You can watch the race beginning on 1:15 p.m. Pacific on ESPN 3
and the EPSN app on Xbox LIVE. We've got Turn 10 boots on the ground this weekend at Baltimore, so expect to see some cool pictures from the race on our official Twitter feed.
That’s all for this edition of the Week in Review, folks. We’ve got more fun
coming up next week, including the release of the September Pennzoil Pack, a
bevy of Forza Horizon car announcements and, if the stars align and things go to
plan, a brand new Forza Horizon video available for your viewing enjoyment, one you definitely won't want to miss!
For those of you coming to PAX, see you there! For everyone
else, see you next week!
